The Opportunity

Senior Sales Manager IT Infrastructure & System Integration

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with Presales, Delivery, and Partner Ecosystems to drive solution-led selling across our Infra stack, ensuring CMS is positioned as a transformation partner, not just a vendor.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of

    mid-sized to large enterprise accounts

  • Drive

    consultative, solution-led sales

     across our full-stack Infra & Digital offerings
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities in

    Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centres

    , and

    System Integration

  • Build and manage

    CXO-level relationships

    , driving account strategies and executive connects
  • Navigate

    RFP, procurement, and compliance cycles

     to close large enterprise deals
  • Collaborate closely with

    Presales, Delivery, Finance, and OEMs

     to shape competitive, viable solutions
  • Maintain an active

    sales pipeline

    , deliver on revenue targets, and manage forecasts with accuracy
  • Develop and execute

    account development plans

    , mapping client orgs and identifying white spaces
  • Foster

    long-term relationships

     based on trust, value, and partnership — not transactional selling

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 12–15 years of proven experience in

    enterprise IT sales

  • Deep connects with

    CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Leaders

  • Experience in selling

    Cloud, Infra, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services

  • Hands-on experience in large enterprise deals involving

    complex procurement and RFP cycles

  • Strong understanding of

    solution-led sales

     and the ability to lead multi-stakeholder conversations
  • Are a

    self-starter

     who can operate independently and own outcomes
  • Thrive in

    fast-paced, agile organizations

     with a strong performance culture
