Role Overview

Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Conversion-Focused Sales

• Handle

  inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns

  .
• Conduct consultative calls to explain the Solar Capital model, returns, and Green Credit usage.
• Build trust-based relationships that drive quick subscription decisions.
• Maintain high lead-to-subscription conversion ratios.

Sales System Setup

• Define the sales journey from lead → demo → subscription → onboarding.
• Develop standard scripts, objection-handling templates, and follow-up frameworks.
• Set up CRM tracking, call logs, and lead scoring systems.

Team Leadership

• Hire and train inside sales associates focused on conversion and relationship management.
• Conduct daily huddles, performance tracking, and coaching sessions.
• Motivate team through transparent targets and incentive structures.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Work closely with the

  Marketing team

  to improve lead quality and targeting.
• Share feedback loops to refine messaging, creatives, and landing page funnels.
• Present weekly reports on conversions, drop-offs, and revenue pipeline to the Founder.

Ideal Candidate

• 5–10 years of experience in

  inside sales / lead conversion roles

  .
• Proven record of

  closing inbound or marketing-qualified leads

  .
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in

  fintech, investments, D2C, or subscription models

  preferred.
• Leadership experience — ability to hire, train, and scale a sales team.

Compensation & Growth

• First 2 Months (Probation):

  ₹35,000/month (setup & training phase).

• Post Confirmation:

  ₹60,000–₹80,000/month + performance-linked incentives.

• Growth Track:

  ESOP eligibility after 6 months based on results.

• Direct reporting:

  to Founder (Sameer Mishra).
