As an Inside Sales Associate at Solar Capital, India's First Solar Participation Platform, your role will involve engaging potential customers, explaining Solar Capital's unique participation model, and converting leads into subscribers. You will handle inbound leads, generate new leads via calls/messages, present Solar Capital's value proposition confidently, explain subscription models, Green Credit rewards, and redemption options, address customer queries, build trust through consultative selling, maintain CRM pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and strive to achieve and exceed monthly subscription targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound leads and generate new leads via calls/messages. - Present Solar Capital's value proposition confidently. - Explain subscription models, Green Credit rewards, and redemption options. - Address customer queries and build trust through consultative selling. - Maintain CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. - Achieve and exceed monthly subscription targets. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of experience in policy sales, insurance, investments, or financial services sales. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Proven track record in closing sales. - Bachelor's degree preferred.
