Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and generate new leads via calls/messages.
Present Solar Capital’s value proposition confidently.
Explain subscription models, Green Credit rewards, and redemption options.
Address customer queries and build trust through consultative selling.
Maintain CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed monthly subscription targets.

Requirements

1–3 years’ experience in
policy sales, insurance, investments, or financial services sales
.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Proven track record in closing sales.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
