Job Description

As an Inside Sales professional at the Reputed Multinational Research & Intelligence Firm, your role will involve engaging with senior decision-makers at top investment houses, asset managers, and institutional investors in India. You will drive inside sales outreach, generate qualified leads, schedule strategic meetings, and manage outreach pipelines. Additionally, you will participate in institutional business development by attending client meetings, supporting senior BD leaders, and helping grow enterprise relationships. It is crucial that you understand the firm's high-value research offerings and effectively communicate them to CXOs, portfolio managers, and investment analysts. Your responsibilities will also include managing CRM entries, follow-up cadences, and reporting meticulously, as well as collaborating closely with research, product, and global BD teams. Supporting marketing initiatives, webinars, and outreach campaigns targeted at the buy-side community will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive inside sales outreach to investment firms, asset managers, hedge funds, and other buy-side institutions. - Generate qualified leads, schedule strategic meetings, and manage outreach pipelines across India. - Participate in institutional business development, including attending client meetings, supporting senior BD leaders, and helping grow enterprise relationships. - Understand the firm's high-value research offerings and effectively communicate them to CXOs, portfolio managers, and investment analysts. - Manage CRM entries, follow-up cadences, and reporting meticulously. - Collaborate closely with research, product, and global BD teams. - Support marketing initiatives, webinars, and outreach campaigns targeted at the buy-side community. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional communication skills - clear, polished, and confident. - 3-7 years of Inside Sales or B2B client-facing experience, preferably with global exposure. - Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in financial services is a strong advantage. - Ability to understand and articulate complex research offerings. - Highly organized, energetic, and efficient with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills. - Comfortable working in a hybrid model (12 office days + client meetings). - Self-driven with the ability to handle a high-performance, global work environment.
