Role Overview

Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads across Central & State Govt., PSUs, and Defense sectors.
• Execute targeted outreach through

  emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling

  .
• Communicate Valiance’s

  AI, digital transformation, and cloud offerings

  effectively to prospects.
• Schedule and coordinate

  demo calls

  and follow-ups with leadership and technical teams.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline movement through different deal stages.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to refine pitch decks, case studies, and outreach messaging.
• Provide market insights and help shape outreach strategy for different public-sector segments.

Desired Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of

  inside sales / business development experience

  , preferably in

  AI, digital transformation, or cloud solutions

  .
• Prior exposure to the

  public sector / PSU ecosystem

  is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of

  AI, digital technologies, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS)

  .
• Strong research and prospecting skills using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
