Role & responsibilities Lead ILT projects from initiation to execution, ensuring timely delivery , budget adherence , and client satisfaction . Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and classroom training programs , including outlines, flow, content (PPTs), participant handouts, and facilitator guides. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM to create engaging, learner-centric programs (in-person and virtual). Source, onboard, and manage a strong pool of trainers across regions/zones; maintain and update the trainer database and profiles regularly. Collaborate closely with internal teams, trainers, facilitators, and coaches to ensure smooth execution of training programs. Manage multiple client accounts and training initiatives simultaneously, ensuring consistency and quality across projects. Coordinate with clients for training workshops , trainer meetings , and program reviews . Measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs through data collection, participant feedback, and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed. Understand client stakeholders (L&D, HR, and business leaders) to design and deliver tailored learning solutions.
