Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the U.S. region
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, inbound leads, networking, and events
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Provide market feedback and insights to improve product offerings and messaging

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience in the U.S. market (depending on seniority)
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and virtual sales (email, phone, video calls)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
