Make outbound calls to SMEs and businesses

Schedule appointments for the field/onboarding team
Follow up on leads and convert into prospects
Maintain call logs and lead reports
Confidently handle queries and objections
12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
Strong communication in Hindi & English
Experience in telecalling/telesales/customer support (preferred)
Self-driven, target-oriented & ready to learn
Basic understanding of B2B or online platforms is a plus
