* Ensure clients understand key features, tools, and best practices to effectively use the platform
* Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor platform usage, performance, and satisfaction
* Educate clients on new Alibaba.com features, tools, and updates relevant to their business
* Provide proactive support and solutions to improve client results and retention
* Track account activity and usage to identify at-risk accounts and take preventive actions
* Manage the renewal process, ensuring timely communication and seamless renewals
* Stay updated on Alibaba.coms platform enhancements, industry trends, and competitor offerings
* Share insights and recommendations with clients to maximize their success on the platform
* Experience in client servicing, customer success, onboarding, or account management (B2B preferred)
* Strong understanding of the B2B ecosystem and digital platforms
* Familiarity with Alibaba.com or similar B2B marketplaces is a strong plus
* Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
