Telecaller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Digital Leads) Location: Bangalore (Silk Board / HSR Layout) Experience Required: 6 months to 3 years in telesales, outbound calling, or call center sales Qualification: Graduate in any discipline About the Company Our client is a rapidly expanding comfort and lifestyle brand that specializes in sleep and seating solutions. With a strong focus on material innovation, the brand offers premium mattresses, recliners, ergonomic seating, and bedding accessories aimed at improving comfort, posture, and overall well-being. The company has built a robust online presence along with an increasing network of physical retail stores. Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and performance-driven Telecallers to handle digital sales leads for a growing comfort-tech brand. The role involves reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls, explaining product offerings, and encouraging store visits through consistent follow-ups and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to assigned digital leads using a click-to-call system, ensuring a minimum of 140 successful connections per day. Maintain an effective daily talk time of approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. Handle both new and existing leads to drive store footfall and sales conversions. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and ongoing offers to customers. Record call outcomes accurately and update lead details in the CRM on a regular basis. Work closely with store teams to track appointments and follow up on customer visits. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Candidate Requirements: Strong command over English along with proficiency in at least one South Indian language such as Tamil or Malayalam. Good communication and convincing abilities. Comfortable working in a target-oriented and high call-volume environment. Prior experience in retail telesales or generating store walk-ins will be an added advantage.
