Inside Sales Consultant

As a Sales Executive in our company, your role will involve conducting research to identify potential clients and key decision makers in the Learning & Development domain of leading corporates. You will establish contact with prospects through cold calling, email communications, and online platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing online demos of our platform to showcase its features and capabilities to potential clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making presentations to clients - Conducting requirement analysis - Solution and concept mapping - Ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team - Assisting with the new client onboarding process - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services To excel in this role, you will need to keep up with the latest developments in technology, industry trends, and sales and marketing best practices.
