Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify the potential clients and key decision makers in the Learning & Development domain of leading corporates.
  • Establish contact with prospects through cold calling, email communications and online platforms.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to selling by paying attention to the concerns and objectives of the client and subsequently offering customised solutions that address their learning objectives, technical requirements, budget constraints.
  • Provide online demos of our platform to highlight its features and capabilities.
  • Making presentations, requirement analysis, solution and concept mapping.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the delivery team and assist with the new client onboarding process.
  • Keep up with the latest developments in technology, industry trends, and sales and marketing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
