The ideal candidate should have a strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth through lead generation and field sales . Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, Manufacturing Companies, ECPs, and Defence sectors . Promote and sell Mechanical products and CAD/CAM/CAE solutions to targeted industries. Conduct market research to identify prospects, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, product presentation, and proposal submission to closure. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with technical teams for solution demonstrations and proposal support. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing/Sales. 1–5 years of relevant experience in industrial/B2B sales or technical product sales. Strong knowledge of CAD / CADCAM / CAE domains. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and field sales.
