We are rapidly growing and seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Consultant to join our mission-driven team.

Role Overview :

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential subscribers, guiding them through our subscription process, explaining benefits, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your role is key in driving conversions and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with leads generated via inbound and outbound channels.

2. Conduct product demos and explain Solar Capital’s subscription plans in simple, persuasive terms.

3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar investment options.

4. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to subscription closure.

5. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with potential subscribers.

6. Meet and exceed monthly subscription and revenue targets.

7. Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Key Requirements

1. Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition (preferably in finance, energy, Ed-tech or SaaS).

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + Hindi).

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

4. Comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment.

5. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.

6. Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
