Inside Sales Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads from
international clients
seeking housing solutions abroad.
Conduct
consultative sales conversations
and convert prospects into clients.
Collaborate with
European real estate providers
to offer customized solutions.
Achieve and exceed
sales targets and KPIs
while delivering exceptional client experience.
Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and optimize sales strategies for
European markets
.

Requirements:

2+ years of overall work experience
, with
minimum 1 year in International Sales / Sales Consulting
(mandatory).
Candidates with
BPO experience serving European markets
are highly preferred.
Excellent
English communication skills
; knowledge of
German / Spanish or European-accent English
is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of
closing international deals
and achieving sales targets.
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building
abilities.
Flexibility to work in
European business hours
.
