Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth in residential, commercial, and land sales. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and training the sales team, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, team leadership, and client relationship building
• Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Skills in market research, sales data analysis, and reporting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
