Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit potential agents or partners.
  • Provide regular training on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
  • Mentor agents to improve productivity and retention.
  • Drive sales through the agency channel to meet or exceed targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and motivation.
  • Resolve issues and provide support to ensure agent satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduation is Mandatory.
  • Local Candidate hire first.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability Build and manitain team.
