Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team and lead front-line sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in high-end retail or jewellery sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on jewellery products, designs, materials, and pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and repeat customers.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and special orders with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Contribute to visual merchandising, stock display, and store presentation standards.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and coordinate with the back office for billing and inventory updates.
• Stay up to date on jewellery trends, materials, gemstones, and design innovations.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Represent the brand with integrity and uphold the company’s reputation for premium service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales.
• Strong product knowledge in gold, diamonds, and precious stones.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for luxury service.
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
