Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    project-specific sales strategies

    for the

    hardware and railing segment

    , targeting

    private builders, architects, and interior contractors

    .
  • Build and maintain strong

    client relationships

    , understanding project requirements and ensuring

    customer satisfaction

    at all stages.
  • Manage relationships with

    key stakeholders, project consultants, fabricators, and procurement teams

    .
  • Identify and develop

    new business opportunities

    through

    market research, site visits, and networking

    .
  • Prepare and deliver

    technical presentations, quotations, and project proposals

    in coordination with internal design and technical teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize project deals

    to achieve defined

    sales targets and profitability goals

    .
  • Coordinate with

    project execution, dispatch, and technical teams

    for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, competitor activities, product innovations, and pricing movements

    in the hardware and railing domain.
  • Maintain accurate records of

    sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions

    in CRM or reporting systems.
  • Ensure

    after-sales service and client satisfaction

    , maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Review

    sales performance

    regularly and recommend actions to achieve revenue objectives

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business, Marketing, or Engineering

    (MBA preferred).
  • 25 years of experience

    in

    Project / B2B Sales

    within

    Hardware, Railing, Glass Fittings, or Building Material

    industry.
  • Strong network with

    architects, builders, contractors, and interior firms

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    for reporting and lead management.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to

    fieldwork / client visits

    .
