Manager - Supply Chain

Job Description

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and customer demands. Analyse data and generate reports for demand forecasting and process improvement. Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and stock accuracy to minimize costs and avoid shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials and finished goods. Optimize transportation and distribution operations to ensure on-time delivery and reduce logistics costs. Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfilment rate, delivery performance. Monitor daily operations and proactively address potential issues as they arise. Analyze and refine organizational processes and workflows, implementing changes for continuous improvement. Monitor and address non-moving material reports and manage customer follow-ups to ensure product movement. Handle various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports as per organizational requirements.
