Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Chennai

Industry: FMCG (Food & Beverage / Consumer Goods)

Experience: 8+ years with experience in leading large sites and teams

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager with proven expertise in managing

FMCG operations . The role involves overseeing and scaling the footprint of SKC pan India

with responsibility for Operations, process & controls execution.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership:

Values and Data driven leadership providing direction , structure and processes to End to End

operations. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders spanning shop floor to leadership.

Warehousing & Controls:

Safety, Quality , Compliance & Controls overarching operations
Build capabilities in the space of Exports & International order processing.
Innovate to challenge the status quo and make responsiveness and agility a competitive

advantage for SKC

Oversee the pan india operations for SKC and ensure compliance with Service , Cost &

Controls.

Key Stakeholders:

Business, Planning, Finance, Procurement

Key Skills Required

Warehousing expertise - 3-5 years’ experience in operating large fulfilment centers and

familiarity with WMS and ERP

Experience in Quality & Controls audits
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Highly value driven and team player

Education

Bachelor & or hands on experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations (preferred
