Key Responsibilities Prepare and consolidate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reporting for API business units Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, maintaining accuracy through variance analysis versus actuals and prior plans Develop and maintain financial models (cost centers, headcount, CapEx/Opex) to support decision-making Monitor key cost drivers (raw materials, production, logistics), highlight variances, and recommend cost containment strategies Execute month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to align financial objectives with operational goals Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, identify risks/opportunities, and communicate insights to senior management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred resources 3+ years of FP&A/accounting experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, API manufacturing, Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/FP&A systems (SAP BPC, TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion) Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills with ability to simplify Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling month-end close Nice to Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing or API environment j Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) Knowledge of regulatory/GAAP controls and compliance requirements Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹281,419.52 - ₹1,044,149.76 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
