Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking, and client referrals
• Prepare and present accurate quotations (spot and contract rates), and negotiate pricing with carriers and clients
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to pipeline and KPI management via CRM
• Foster strong client relationships

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–5 years' proven experience in freight forwarding sales (air/sea/LCL/FCL)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working toward targets in a fast‑paced, target-driven environment
• Proficient in CRM, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and freight documentation procedures

Preferred Skills (a plus!)

• Existing network with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and customs brokers
• Certifications like IATA, FIATA, EIFFA or logistics diplomas
• Experience in managing a sales team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹215,794.33 - ₹896,981.16 per year
