1.Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea, Import & Export).
2.Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
3.Develop tailored logistics solutions that align with clients' supply chain requirements.
4.Conduct client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate effectively to close deals.
5.Provide consistent follow-ups, updates, and exceptional after-sales support.
6.Analyse market trends and competition to create effective sales strategies.
7.Identify and explore potential markets to expand the company&aposs reach.
8.Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
9.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
10.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client updates to management.
1.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role.
2.In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes.
3.Experience in handling air freight, ocean freight, and customs clearance.
4.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5.Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
