Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that polymer-based products meet industry and customer standards. This role involves supervising quality control teams, implementing inspection protocols, and collaborating with production units to maintain product

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the quality control team.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and address recurring quality issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Train and mentor quality control inspectors.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in quality control within the plastics or polymer industry.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ASTM.
• Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
