Contact: 9372717679 1. Orient the patient and the family members with the treatment plan advised by the doctor. 2. Explain the procedure in detail with either a video clip or pictorial charts. 3. Discuss various surgical options available within the scope of treatment plan of the doctor with the patients. 4. Give pre and post-operative (medical and non medical) instructions to the patients. 5. Provide regular and timely information to the patients regarding any change in schedule, instructions or any other related information. 6. Complete all paper formalities w.r.t general, corporate, govt beneficiary or insurance patient, scheduled for surgery or procedures. 7. Share OT schedule with the surgeons on daily basis. 8. Ensure availability of surgeons and anesthetists for surgeries scheduled daily. 9. Prepare OT list on daily basis and submit the copies at various departments. 10. Ensure availability of IPD files and discharge cards for the next day’s surgeries. 11. Work in coordination with doctors to pass any specific instructions w.r.t. patient’s surgery or procedure and assist them in completing their operation files. 12. Handle telephonic queries of the patients and conduct telephonic counselling for them. 13. Assist patients in filling medical claims for Govt beneficiaries and other corporates/insurance beneficiaries.
