About The Opportunity

Industry: Professional Services — Recruitment & HR Consulting. Sector: Talent assessment, staffing, and end-to-end recruitment solutions serving enterprise and mid-market clients across India.We are hiring a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to own revenue growth through new client acquisition, consultative selling, and relationship management in an on-site, field-sales capacity across India.

Primary job title (standardized): Senior Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B new-business development across assigned territories: identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term clients to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: conduct client discovery, prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals with a consultative approach.
  • Grow and retain client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor—coordinate with delivery teams to ensure SLAs, manage expectations, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/Zoho), forecast revenue, and report on activity, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with recruitment delivery, marketing, and operations to design client-specific solutions and streamline onboarding of new accounts.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums; travel frequently across client locations as required for on-site engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
    • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in recruitment, HR services, staffing, or related professional services.
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas; strong closing and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and pipeline management.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build executive-level relationships.
    • Willingness to work on-site with frequent client travel across India.
  • Preferred
    • Experience selling consultative HR solutions, assessments, or managed staffing services.
    • MBA or business/commerce degree and an established professional network across industry verticals.
