Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Sr. Sales Executive
to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a
key role in increasing sales productivity by handling client inquiries,
scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales managers with timely
follow-ups and coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for
potential clients, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to site
visit and ultimately assisting in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
Sales executives actively seek out potential customers through various channels like cold calling, real time lead, networking, activity and online research.
Lead Qualification:
They assess leads to determine their suitability and potential for conversion into sales.
Client Interaction:
They establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Relationship Management:
Sales executives manage client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Product Demonstrations:
They showcase products or services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
Negotiation and Closing:
Sales executives negotiate deals, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements and closing sales.
CRM Management:
They maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Sales Reporting:
Sales executives track their performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Teamwork:
They collaborate with other teams, like marketing and customer success, to optimize sales strategies and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Problem Solving:
Sales executives address customer inquiries and concerns, working to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
Sales Targets:
They work towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
Performance Management:
Sales executives regularly review their performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance results.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing
preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate or a
customer-facing sales support role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal
and written).
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up
abilities.
