About the Role

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
Source potential candidates through portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual/face-to-face interviews.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: shortlisting, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires.
Maintain recruitment MIS reports and candidate databases.
Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements

PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience (35 years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.
