Job Title: Pre-Sales Coordinator (Real Estate)

Location: Noida, Sector 2 (Near Sector 15 Metro Station)

Department: Sales & Marketing – Pre-Sales Coordination

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Pre-Sales Coordinator

to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a

key role in increasing sales productivity by handling client inquiries,

scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales managers with timely

follow-ups and coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for

potential clients, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to site

visit and ultimately assisting in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads and schedule client meetings and site visits with the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate between clients and Sales Team to ensure timely follow-ups and meeting confirmations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, feedback, and activity logs.
  • Provide project information, pricing, and availability to buyers.
  • Ensure pre-sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Act as a support system for the Sales Managers to enhance their efficiency and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 3 months of experience in Real Estate or a customer-facing sales support role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Professional attitude and a customer-first approach.
