Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive- B2B

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce and promote company products and services.
• Identify and generate qualified leads through research, database management, and cold calling.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and conversion data in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team KPIs related to telesales performance

Salary Offered: Up to ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Diploma holders or candidates with equivalent experience are also welcome to apply.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B business development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term business relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
