Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (IndiaMART & Justdial Leads)

Location: Roorkee (On-site)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound sales leads generated via IndiaMART and Justdial, converting them into customers, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads received from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online platforms
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to interested prospects
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services
  • Explain pricing, offers, delivery timelines, and product features clearly
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders/sales
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel
  • Perform regular follow-ups to close pending leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) for order fulfillment
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, customer objections, and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
  • Good command over Hindi & basic English
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with telecalling and sales targets
  • Familiarity with IndiaMART / Justdial portals is a strong plus
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
  • Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented attitude
