Senior Sales Executive Retail (Gems & Luxury Goods)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting gems, jewelry, and other luxury items.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences.
Manage billing, invoicing, and after-sales service professionally.
Maintain showroom display standards and ensure proper product presentation.
Keep up to date with product trends and market competitors.
Support management in daily operations and inventory management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
5–6 years
of proven sales experience in
retail gems, jewelry, or luxury goods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems.
