Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
Showcase jewellery collections and provide expert advice based on customer preferences.
Develop in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, and other precious jewellery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, display arrangement, and product presentation.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Manage invoicing, billing, and basic POS operations.
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams to ensure product availability.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery sales (retail or showroom).
Strong sales, communication, and customer handling skills.
Pleasant personality with good grooming and etiquette.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, hallmarking, and certification is preferred.
Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
Proficiency in regional/local language; English and Hindi preferred.
High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidates:

Experience in branded or luxury jewellery stores.
Candidates with CRM or client-handling experience.
Comfortable with both traditional and modern jewellery sales.
