Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and gaps
• Translate business goals into clear product specifications
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
