Sales Executive

• Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 2-6 Years (Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply)

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive Real Estate to promote and sell residential and/or commercial projects in Kolkata. The role involves client acquisition, site visits, deal closures, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through site visits, walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms
• Pitch real estate projects to prospective clients and understand their requirements
• Arrange and conduct property site visits across Kolkata
• Explain pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and possession timelines
• Follow up with clients and negotiate to close sales deals
• Maintain customer data, site visit records, and sales reports
• Coordinate with legal, accounts, and back-office teams for documentation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred)
• Good knowledge of Kolkata real estate market and localities
• Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals
• Basic knowledge of agreements, booking process, and home loans
• Comfortable with field sales and weekend site visits
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred)
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
• Channel partner handling experience
• Knowledge of RERA norms (West Bengal HIRA)
