Position: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: surat Experience: Fresher – 3 years (as required) Job Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication skills. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) for smooth order processing. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and product demos. Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Confidence and ability to persuade customers. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM preferred). Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel (if field-sales role). Qualification Any Graduation (BSc/MSc Biology also eligible depending on industry). MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
