Job Description

Position: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: surat Experience: Fresher – 3 years (as required)

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication skills.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) for smooth order processing.
  • Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and product demos.
  • Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence and ability to persuade customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel (if field-sales role).

Qualification

  • Any Graduation (BSc/MSc Biology also eligible depending on industry).
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,183.65 - ₹46,681.05 per month

Work Location: In person
