We are looking for an energetic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the Newtown–Rajarhat property market. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client handling, and site visit coordination. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers Conduct client meetings and arrange property site visits Maintain strong knowledge of Newtown & Rajarhat projects and developers Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties Build and maintain client relationships Achieve monthly sales targets Coordinate with developers and maintain inventory updates Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales Good communication & negotiation skills Strong knowledge of Newtown, Rajarhat projects & local market Ability to work on-field and manage multiple site visits Smartphone, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to travel Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented Salary & Benefits: Attractive salary + incentives Mobile & travel allowances Opportunity to grow with the company Training and full support for lead conversion Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
