Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Responsible for leading the sales team, driving property sales, achieving revenue targets, and managing client .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies and monitor performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close high-value deals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in team leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & team management skill

Salary will be negotiable
