Job Title: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Greater Noida West , Nx One Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source qualified candidates, and support hiring needs across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring requirements and post job openings on relevant platforms Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Manage candidate follow-ups and offer negotiations Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (HR or related field preferred) 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers may apply) Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus) Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques Familiarity with job portals and sourcing methods Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation Preferred Skills: Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment Strong time management and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits: Career growth opportunities Supportive and friendly work environment Training and skill development Performance-based incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
