Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Present and promote real estate projects, layouts, and consultancy services. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism. Assist clients with compliance and documentation processes (RERA, agreements, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and local regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales/marketing. Prior experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of local property markets and compliance processes is a plus.
