Senior Sales Executive

A Property Sales Executive drives property sales by finding clients, marketing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales, requiring strong market knowledge, client relationship skills, and target achievement to build a customer base and ensure satisfaction. Key responsibilities include lead generation,market analysis,property showcasing and collaborating with marketing/legal teams.

• Identify, attract, and build strong relationships with potential buyers/renters
• Promote listings through ads, open houses, and events; manage property databases.
• Understand client needs, financial abilities, and provide advice on properties and market trends.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, detailing property features and suitability.
• Negotiate terms, manage the sales process, and close deals effectively.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, laws, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
