Job Description

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Jagdalpur, chhattisgarh
Salary: 18k

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor account status and follow up on pending orders and payments.
Maintain accurate sales reports and records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (FMCG/Consumer Goods/B2B preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
