Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing

Location: Mumbai HO

Experience Required: 8-10 Years in Sales Coordination / Sales Support (Preferably in Manufacturing / Plastic Industry)


Job Summary:

Senior Sales Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, sales team, and production/dispatch departments.
  • Coordinate sales orders, quotations, and agreements ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inventory availability to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Support sales managers with data analysis, MIS reports, and sales performance tracking.
  • Ensure all documentation (invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, etc.) is accurate and complete.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely delivery and shipment planning.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports for management review.
  • Contribute to process improvements for better customer experience and sales efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the

    plastic manufacturing / industrial products sector

    .
  • Strong knowledge of sales order management, inventory control, and dispatch processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in coordinating with B2B clients and channel partners.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and support strategic decision-making.
