Senior Sales Coordinator

As an Accountant at our fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in Partition Cleanroom panel and Fire Doors, your role will involve managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing accurate financial insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage day-to-day sales coordination activities. - Supervise and mentor junior sales coordinators. - Manage client communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. - Prepare quotations, sales orders, agreements, and invoices. - Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order fulfillment. - Maintain updated sales records. - Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and client requirements. - Assist management in forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analysis. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
