Prepare sales quotations and process customer orders accurately. Maintain the showroom display, ensuring furniture is clean, well-arranged, and tagged correctly. Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and after-sales service. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely product dispatch. Stay updated on new arrivals, product specifications, and promotional offers. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
