Telesales Executive We are into manufacturing of Partition Cleanroom panel and Fire Doors. We are a fast-growing company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell products or services. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date database of customer interactions and transactions. Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns professionally. Collaborate with the sales team and share customer feedback to improve sales strategies. Stay informed about product features, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers. Qualifications:- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree is a plus). Female Candidate preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
