Role Overview Function: Call customers who visited Client website but haven’t completed a purchase Goal: Convert digital leads into buyers and encourage visits to Client Experience Center Approach: Act as the voice and face of the company, providing product clarity and personalized support 📞 Responsibilities Engage with digital leads via outbound calls Understand customer hesitation and provide solutions Promote in-person visits to the Experience Center Maintain lead conversion records and feedback loops 🧠 Candidate Profile Education: Graduates preferred (any stream); exceptional undergraduates may be considered Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer interaction or sales Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline Interview: Virtual 💼 Interview Process 2 Rounds: Screening + Final Interview 💰 Compensation In-Hand Salary ₹20,000 – ₹26,000
